Chef Matt Eckelmann


Chef Matt grew up in a sprawling Italian-Irish-German family in Marine Park, Brooklyn. Decades span between his parents and their oldest & youngest siblings, but everyone found common ground in the kitchen. Food has always been Chef Matt’s love language.

It’s his core belief that people are made to connect, and that good food makes fast friends.
