Balsamic Marinated Flank Steak

Where do I even begin? I've eaten all over Utah and this is the best restaurant in Utah. It's a small intimate restaurant that features a farm to table menu. The menu changes so you know just by that the chefs/owner/etc put in a lot of thought in the food. I cannot begin to describe the flavors that each meal here has. You genuinely can order anything off the menu and expect it to taste so flipping good and so flipping fresh. I've been here multiple times and every time it just gets better and better. Did I mention they also have brunch on Saturdays? Best brunch you'll have in your life, go ahead and make reservations for that on top of the dinner reservations (I recommend the French toast and fried chicken). The vibe in here is so cute and personal. They have a few number of tables that make this place feel very cozy and comforting. I definitely recommend taking a date here or an old good friend to catch up and munch on some good food. Seriously order anything on the menu and you'll love what you get.

Succulent, aromatic, herbaceous! Crispy exterior and juicy tender interior, finger licking delicious. High quality ingredient + care/love into the cooking = soul-feeding dining experience.

This restaurant is a true gem in Provo! We were a group of 12 people and tried almost all the dishes on the dinner menu and there was nothing we did not like. Everything was fresh, cooked to perfection and simply delicious! If you like quality food cooked in exotic / European fashion, this is the place for you. You will not regret it!!

I couldn’t stop commenting on how incredible this dessert was — we eat out often and try all the “bougie” places and this was hands down one of my top favorites!

Amano Chocolate Pot De Crème

This dish was divine. The chocolate creme was rich yet the perfect amount as it didn't overtake your sense of taste when coming in contact with your palate. The smooth texture was utterly creamy and the chocolate chips for the garnish added the most wonderful surprise to introduce an ever so effortless chewing factor. The most decadent part though had to be the sprinkled flakey salt which when mixed with the sweetness of the creme contributed an enormous amount of flavor to the pot. Thank you for the experience.

Achiote Grilled Pork Loin

It was our first time trying this place and I was not disappointed!!! The pork loin was moist and perfectly cooked and had this amazing onion creation on it that was delicious all by its self. I'm not a onion guy but this really was good. The cauliflower side dish was our favorite. I will definitely be returning another day to try some more delicious food. The chef and waiter were very polite and friendly (the entire staff was very friendly) I was very impressed with the chefs skills and enjoyed watching him cook (made me think I was watching Hell's Kitchen)

Steaks such a simple item that somehow so many restaurants don't manage to get perfect every time. Communal gets it perfect every time though, love it.
